Luke: Developing Your Passion for Christ

If Roman Catholics are guilty of deifying Mary, said the great Southern Baptist Preacher A.T. Robertson, then we are equally guilty of subjecting her to cold neglect. And yet, as we’ll see in Dr. Robert Jeffress’ message “Mary, Mary Quite Extraordinary,” the historian, Luke, does neither. Instead, he presents Mary, the mother of Jesus, as a young woman whose character is worthy of our admiration, and whose faith is worthy of our imitation.
